How are the cookies delivered?

We bake every order fresh- your cookies will be baked and shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed and it can take an additional 1-2 business days to be delivered to you

Can I place a pre order or express shipping?

We currently do not offer express shipping but if you need you cookies for a certain date feel free to contact us and we will get back to ASAP 

What days you deliver?

We post our cookies via Australia Post on Mondays and Thursdays

We currently aren't able to hold or schedule an order for a particular day/time, unless you need your order for a particular date, then feel free to contact us! 

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. From there, it depends on your postcode as to when your order will arrive. Unfortunately we can not provide an exact delivery date/time as this depends on Australia post. 

Can I change my order?

If your order has already been printed for shipping, we can not make any changes to your order. 

How should I store my cookies?

We recommend storing your cookies at room temperature in a cool, dark place. Cookie care instructions are inside the box.

Are the cookies Halal?

Yes, they are. We don't use gelatin or alcohol in our cookies.

Can I choose my flavours?

We currently do not offer custom boxes or flavour swaps, sorry!

I have a nut allergy, can I still eat your cookies?

Our cookies are baked in a kitchen with wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we strive to avoid cross-contamination, there is always a risk and we cannot completely eliminate the risk. Please consult a medical professional if you have severe allergies.

How long can I keep the cookies for?

Up to 3 days as they are baked fresh with no added preservatives- We recommend keeping them at room temperature in an airtight container. If you would like to extend the shelf life, we can recommend placing them in the freezer as soon as you receive them for up to one month and reheating them once you are ready to indulge!

How can I warm up the cookies?

Put the cookie in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or in a preheated oven for 2 min in a 200°C .

Are they all the same size?

Yes, they weigh around 130grams each! THICC!!

My order is delayed, what do I do?

If your order is delayed and has not reached you within the estimated delivery date range, please contact us!

How do I cancel an order?

As long as your order has not shipped yet, contact us via an email with your order number and we will endeavour to help you 

What’s your exchange/refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please contact us via email for any further assistance or inquiries
